Antihero Magazine recently had the chance to talk to Susan Fisher, Director of Marketing for the inaugural INKcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival in Mansfield, Ohio. During the conversation, Susan talked about the procurement of the historical reformatory that was the home of the major motion picture “The Shawshank Redemption”, the lineup for the festival, and the overall atmosphere that organizers are attempting to create with this very unique weekend experience.
